My choice would be the M&P. yeah needs a few slight mods to be king. But to me felt a lot better than the Croatian made brick called xd40.

My town has a once per season special water rate for filling pools. They give you a meter to hook in line with the hose. Then give you a x amount of credit on next bill

No expert but I'm gonna say no. Compressor will only run on type of gas it's made for I think. I would say pump her up and save up for next season.
