  1. JURY TRIAL WAIVER NOTICE This credit card agreement includes a section called “Jury Trial Waiver,” which is an agreement to waive any right to trial by jury in the event of litigation between you and PNC Bank. Please refer to Section 29 for details. Section 29 says: JURY TRIAL WAIVER. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND WE WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO ANY TRIAL BY JURY IN THE EVENT OF LITIGATION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT. YOU AND WE EACH REPRESENT THAT THIS WAIVER IS KNOWINGLY, WILLINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY GIVEN. It sounds to me that you're agreeing more to an arbitration instead of litigation, should the need ever arise.
  2. Arizona. Almost moved there as a kid. Have loved it ever since. Plan on retiring there with my wife in 30 years. Wish I could afford to buy a house there now while living in NJ so it's quicker to get out. Posted using my iPhone
  3. I love my Ruger MKIII 22/45. I hated cleaning it until recently. Posted using my iPhone
  4. This came with my S&W SD9 when I purchased the home defense kit. Posted using my iPhone
  5. I saw the first episode. Recorded the second but haven't had a chance to watch it yet. Now that Dexter is back too, I have to record Boardwalk Empire and Family Guy while I watch Dexter.
  6. I wonder how many people learned of his passing on a device he helped create. I learned about his death on my iPhone.
  7. I wonder if this is why he grabs the slide from underneath the front of the gun to rack the slide.
  8. It is not mandatory to be an NRA member in order to join SCFGPA. If you're not currently a member of the NRA but would like to be, you can save $10 by signing up through SCFGPA.
  9. Congrats! I'm getting voted on next Wednesday for regular membership. Three months goes by pretty quick. Don't forget to attend at least one regular meeting and do at least one work day.
  10. I prefer to slingshot/rack the slide instead of using the slide lock. Racking the slide will work with almost any semi-automatic pistol. I say 'almost' because my Ruger Mark III 22/45 can't be slingshot without being modified.
  11. It is going to be on Discovery. Found a link to another forum which gives a little more detail and some photos. http://hondaswap.com/members-lounge/discovery-channels-new-series-american-guns-521662/
  12. I was looking for the channel too. Maybe TLC, as their version of Sons of Guns?
  13. I use Federal or Winchester, whichever is on sale when I run out.
  14. I'm debating between buying a S&W M&P-15 ORC or building an AR. If I build one, I'll build the lower and either purchase a full upper or build one, depending on how difficult and how expensive the tools are. The lower would be a Spike's Tactical stripped lower (cosmetic blemish) with the PSA MOE lower build kit. Should I get the S&W or attempt to build an AR? One of the things holding me back from ordering the lower right now is that the nearest FFL to me is Efinger's in Bound Brook and I consider them a ripoff. They charge way too much for stuff I can get cheaper elsewhere. Their transfer fee, the last time I checked, would be about as much as the stripped lower receiver is by itself. When I purchased my 9mm S&W and my Ruger 22/45 from Bud's Gun Shop, I had them shipped to a small FFL in Millstone, NJ because they were a preferred vendor. I'd like to find an FFL closer to where I live, if possible, and have the lower sent there, if the transfer fee is reasonable. Does anyone know if an FFL in/near Somerset County where I can have the lower shipped to, that won't want $60+ in a transfer fee? I was thinking about stopping by the new Heritage Guild in Branchburg and asking if they would except the lower and how much they would charge for the transfer.
  15. To add another female to the list - Sarah Michelle Gellar
  16. I can't stop cringing after reading that.
  17. If you have Rosie, you gotta have Mike Bloomberg.
  18. Daniel Craig went to a shooting range with Anthony Cumia and unloaded a few magazines from a Walther PPK. Anthony used to have the video up on Moby but has since removed it for some reason. There are a few sites which mention this and have photos. Daniel Craig sharpens skills at firing range (photos) Pics/video of Daniel Craig on gun range, practising for Bond 23? Then a cold Guinness..
  19. Since some of the contestant TV shows occasionally will do a celebrity edition for charity (Celebrity Apprentice, Celebrity Jeopardy, etc.), I wondered what everyone's opinion would be about a celebrity season of Top Shot. If they did it, would you watch it and what celebrities would you want to see? I have a feeling some, if not most, of you would say it would depend upon who the celebrities are, and I would have to agree with that. I would probably watch at least one episode regardless of the celebrities. Who I would want to see: Anthony Cumia (from Opie & Anthony) Ted Nugent Daniel Craig Joe Mantegna Joe Pantoliano Kurt Russell Chuck Norris Steven Seagal Tom Selleck
  20. They also have one in Branchburg on Rt 22, near Vollers. I haven't been there yet but I believe they only have an archery range right now. It was mentioned at the last SCFGPA meeting.
  21. For 10 days, 150 pairs of 2011 Nike MAG shoes will be listed on eBay. The first of the auctions begins September 8 at 8:30 p.m. PT, 11:30 ET. All net proceeds from the auction sales of the 2011 Nike MAG shoes will go directly to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research. I wish I could afford to bid on a pair of these shoes. 22. And if Eells followed the rules instead of exercising his second amendment rights, he'd most likely be dead right now. This is why schools should allow CCW if the state allows it.
  23. I like all of the Blue Moon seasonal brews and the Pale Moon.
  24. +1 on a Ruger Mark III, only thing I would add is to get the 22/45 variant.
  25. They also have 2100 rounds in an ammo can (not their usual plastic dry storage box) for $84.99. It looks like they've added a selection of bulk ammo in an ammo can. I guess they heard people complaining about the dry storage boxes not being able to handle the weight of the ammo in them.
