In the United States everything is Legal unless its specifically written to be illegal. While NJ does not resemble most of the United States, It is in fact a part of the United States.

Its funny... We use to run Exemptions + 1 extra by first running the singe purchase (making sure OGAM was good) then immediately running the exemption and it was fine. About 8 or so months ago we were told we needed to do it in reverse.... First exemption then Single purchase. End of the day customer still got his Exemption + 1 but just needed to do it backwards. Personally i still think it should be ran 1 + Exemption but thats me.
