Ammo Group Buy Poll
East Brunswick Sportsman replied to East Brunswick Sportsman's topic in Ammunition & Reloading
Fixed it Nick, Thanks Henry -
The slimmest you can really go are the ladder covers, which don't add much bulk, but are IMO the least comfortable. The Magpul rail covers are nice, as are the ones made by ergo.

Ok the poll is up, and we will be counting votes until 1200 Wednesday. Once the decision is made we will, ask what bullet weight everyone is ok with. We will only be doing it one caliber at a time, so if what you want doesn't win, keep an eye out because we will get to it once the first run is over.

Who ever needs batteries shoot me a pm. I am going to be doing an order for myself within the next week. If you need them shipped we can work something out.

They should pay us to us the roads. Due to all the cost of damages to you vehicles over the years. (pot holes, broken tires, broken pieces left there after and accident) and lets not forget the stupid drivers.

Ammo Group Buy
East Brunswick Sportsman replied to East Brunswick Sportsman's topic in Ammunition & Reloading
We cant provide a price until we decide what caliber we would want to do. This thread is to gauge interest. We will set up a caliber specific group buy thread with pricing once we decide, and then contact our vendors. -
Ammo Group Buy
East Brunswick Sportsman replied to East Brunswick Sportsman's topic in Ammunition & Reloading
We would be doing it one caliber at a time. Pricing isnt set yet, the bigger the order the lower the price we could get. -
We are thinking about organizing a group buy for ammo. (5.56 or 9mm or 45 etc.) Any Interest?

You need to decide whether or not you intend to pursue the sport on a regular basis and make your gun decision from there. Remington offers a wingmaster classic trap gun witch is equiped with a 30 inch barrel. All trap guns are expensive. So it is probably best to go out meet guys who trap shoot and see what they recommend. Eric

Question for Shop Owners!
East Brunswick Sportsman replied to Matt Arzt's topic in Ranges & Gun Shops
Hello Matt, You should go out and work in a experienced gunsmith shop first to learn the trade. What schools cannot teach you is how to deal with certain problems. Only experience can. This way you will learn how the business end works and the shop end. Maybe you may find a shop you can take over from the owner one day. It will be cheaper than opening from scratch. Gunsmithing machinery and equipment is expensive. Good luck you are on the right track. Eric -
