    I bought the brownells front sight block, It works great. I also drilled a hole in one of its edges and use it for installing and removing trigger guards.

    I had three in my life time, The last was two years ago, first week sucks. second week not so bad, I had to wait like six weeks before i could start working out again. This part is no fk joke If your going to take the pain meds, You need to take dulcolax !!!!

    I'm looking for a treadmill for the house, for my off days. I want to lose about 8- lbs of spare tire. I hit the gym every other day, I do a full body workout. I go to a private gym ( corporate exercise facility ) Its Quite and i get a good workout with out all the drama.
