Unfortunately, not yet ;( I checked my account and find the check was presented for payment on 2/21 in Concord. It cleared on 2/22. Nothing in the mail today so that's 8 days since it cleared, 9 since it was cashed. Don't know what the record is but I recall some guys waited about 2 weeks. If it does not show up tomorrow morning, I am going to give them a call. Thanks for asking! Tom

Agreed, EO's do not carry the power of law. Passing the bills we need through congress and getting as many conservative judges appointed to Districts, Appellate and the Supreme Court should be our focus. This will ensure our legacy for the next 15-20 years.

My check was cashed on February 22nd. Permit should be in hand by the 1st.

If you follow the link, it states that the case was "DISTRIBUTED" for the conference on Feb 17th. That means its in the mix and can be accepted, rejected or rescheduled again for review during the next meeting. Eventually, it will either be accepted for a hearing or denied.

I doubt all states will object. NY, NJ, CA, MA, CT and HI will object and probably seek a Federal injunction. That will not take long at all and I fully expect it to go to the 3rd circuit on appeal shortly after (provided the verdict is negative). If so, we have the House, Senate and Trump behind this bill. It should get fast tracked for SCOTUS to resolve. The current appeal in front of the 9th circuit right now for Trump's Immigration EO will give us a good idea regarding the way Trump and his administration navigate through the courts. I expect HR 38 to play out in a similar fashion.

That's a GREAT price. Go get it! Others combine the Utah with Florida and change about 200. Florida requires live fire so that drives some extra cost.

That's a great choice. I have both the 75 BD and the SP-01 but favor the SP-01. Its a tack driver and comes with a fantastic set of grips. Go see Steve, you will not be sorry!

I am no car expert but it looks like one of the sensors used by insurance companies. They monitor and record driving style then get pulled and sent to the insurance co. They can base rates on this. Progressive Insurance (yea, right name for them!) uses them a lot. Otherwise, I am at a loss for answers.

From what you posted that would be almost 8 weeks exactly from door to door (if it arrives on Jan 28th). The holidays were in there too so these folks are pumping them out ASAP. Good luck!

I would like to know as well. Nothing posted in the protected thread either. This effort is taking far too long, costing too much and effectively taking over 1/2 year of our rifle range access away.

If you go the CZ route, I highly recommend the CZ75-SP-01. Its a tack driver and very well made. Otherwise, a good 45 choice is a Sig P227, I have one and like it better than the P220.

No, Tanners is not down. I sent Ray Tanner a note about it this morning. He said the page is working. They had to put a age restriction on it. With the age restriction you have to be registered to FB to see the page now. They had to do it with all the new rules going on. I am not on FB so I get the dead link some others are seeing. If you saved your logon cookie and clicked the link to their page, it would open up as normal. This is why some people get the dead link while others see the page. Mark Z and Facebook can go screw themselves. I will not join their shit show. They roll your C drive and identify the OS, apps, IP address, etc. being used. Then if you post, they have full rights and access to the data - forever!
