POW/MIA Bracelet

Recently Cindy and I purchased a whole box of jewelry at an estate sale and while going through it we came across what we have found to be a POW/MIA bracelet.

I did some research and found this as well as other information about this hero who sacrificed his life.

It turns out Capt. Ivan was from South River NJ.

I would like to get this to a family member if possible especially if these are something a family member would like to have.

 I would love for a person with a connection to Capt. Ivan have it.

I want no money and would cover postage to get it to his descendants. If anyone could offer any suggestions or advice it would be appreciated.
