It is 2 per cent of counties, not just 2 total. I'm pretty sure there are more than 100 counties in the country.

There are 3242 counties or county equivalent municipalities in the US.

i just watched this video, and i'm thinking i heard lott say 2 counties also......

Here in New Jermany five out of twenty-one account for 80% of the murders.
