Are these muzzle breaks NJ legal?

Additional questions:

1. How would I remove my current 'pinned' muzzle break?

2. Are the aforementioned muzzlebreaks suited for 5.56mm ARs? (I assume so)

3. Is it cheaper to simply buy a new barrel with gas block, muzzle break, etc and replace the current one on my rifle?

-----> 3a. Is it hard to remove an AR-15 barrel?

Thanks.

Anything is legal as long as it's classified as a muzzle brake.

ADCO Firearms provides a great and affordable removal and mounting of permanently mounted muzzle brakes.

Can they remove front sight posts and replace them with flip up sights? Or low profile gas blocks?

That's exactly what I did with my M4 and that's exactly who did it for me. 8-)

Just be specific with what you want done. Include a typed out letter with your package specifying exactly what you want done.

ADCO sells muzzle brakes and gas blocks. You might want to check out what they have in stock.
