Cabelas will not ship powder or primers to NJ

I was getting together everytjing I need to start reloading. I was ordering almost all my supplies from Cabelas as I have a shipping coupon and $10 off coupon for my order. To my surprise I got an item restriction on the primers and powder and they will not ship it out. Is this something new or has this been in effect for a while. Where would I be able to have these supplies shipped if at all possible.

As a side note I was there at Hamburg yesterday, Not a primer was left on on the shelf. There was powder though.
