There is nothing more relaxing and inspiring than the outdoors...

Nothing wrong with being a tree hugger. As long as you are not a hippie.

I too have a deep love and appreciation for the outdoors.

What 's wrong with been a hippie? I was in Woodstock for one day.

wow man you must be ancient. A majority of hippies have some weird agenda's, I wont get into that but I am a cartman fan.

Interesting comments. I am reminded of the reports that of all the people that in some way contributed to the preservation of forests, the greatest amount of money and time given to preserve them come from riders of off-road vehicles.

I believe hunters come in second but only because hunting seasons are much shorter than riding seasons.

if we booted the 20 million illegal immigrants out, we would have more land.

Is it legal to have them fixed before we let them go? This way after they sneak in again they can't start up their baby factories again.

Shooting sports dedicate the most revenue to open space. Check the Pittman act of the 1930's...it mandates 11% tax on all 'gun' related purchases (ammo, guns, etc) and then the cost of the hunting licenses, over 150$ per year just on lic fees...
