Non-corrosive 5.45x39 that doesn't cost a lot?

Who makes non-corrosive 5.45x39 rounds? The attraction of this round is it's cheaper (than 5.56/233), but if it's corrosive then it's not for me. I hate to clean and water wash to remove the salts!

 

Isn't there a domestic market for non-corrosive ammo? It would be consumed by civilians only, so there is no competition for ammo from the military (like the 5.56)

 

I am considering getting a Saiga in 5.45x39 or a Tantal that's designed for this round.
