dose anyone one know if flemington has a no discharge law and i am assumeing that a no discharge law applys to air rifles in this god forsaken state. thanks for your help.

They usually have signs posted when you enter the town. A quick call to the local police should do it.

I'm pretty sure that Flemington, Raritan Township, has a No Discharge Law. Surrounding townships with a Flemington mailing address such as East Amwell and Readington Township on the other hand do not have "no discharge laws" or restrictions.

I should know the answer to this question as I live in Flemington myself, however I dont. I would imagine there is a "no discharge law". Not to mention Flemington is such a small town that you couldn't discharge a firearm without hitting something around here.

 

Are you having a vermin problem? I only ask because you mentioned an air rifle.

yes drew i have groundhogs and they are slowley killing my shed. well i now have just a groundhog. out of a litter of 4 there was 1 smart one. he is too smart to get caught in the traps. i do have 3 acers but it is not an ideal place to shoot due to nosey neighbors so i would rather use an air rifle.
