CHAINSAWS

Recommended Posts

I realize the premix fuel is expensive , I have no intention of using it on a regular basis. It has a 5 year shelf life once opened. The fuel stabalizer additives I saw in the store are only good for a couple of months.

I figure one can in the garage for emergency's was worth it.

As far as Husqvarna is concerned from what I read the lower end ones are rebaged slightly upgraded Poulans (got that from an Arborist site) The Sears professional chainsaw I purchased is a REDMAX which is owned by Husqvarna. Apparently they bought over the rights or company or whatever to be able to produce their Stato-charged engine (whatever that means). Again I read this on an Arborist site. It seems like a decent chainsaw for $200.00.
