Does anyone here have any experience with the evil roy steel targets made by action targets? They seem interesting and the price isn't too bad.

No experience with them, but I did look into the targets a while ago.

 

My one piece of advice, if you do decide to buy one, is to NOT get it directly from actiontargets - they charge almost double the shipping of any of the other places I found that carry the Evil Roy targets. Anyway, that said, seems like a good product at a reasonable price.

I was actually looking at purchasing through brownells. I noticed the same thing.

I've only seen the thinner version, which is DEFINITELY not appropriate for rifle. The whole setup is a bit heavy, but they are easy to set up and lug around. A little bit harder to put them in the trunk. Also a little on the short side, but very servicable.

 

ETA: the brownells stuff is the thin pistol one. Honestly, they are $1 more at action targets, and you can add the $20 option for rifle steel.
