Beretta Storm sight upgrade

I have a Beretta Storm carbine in 9mm.

 

I am not crazy about the peep sights. I do not care for the tunnel vision of the rear peep and I find the front hard to locate, especially indoors.

What are my options?

Is the rear peep able to be swapped out for one with a larger diameter?

Can the front sight be swapped out for a hi-viz glowy thing? Or a HK style front?

Could I use the picatinny rail to mount a pistol-style 3 dot sight?

 

I would like to keep the rifle fitted with iron sights.

there is a short range.. and long range.. the rear sight folds 3 times.. the "SR" aperture is pretty big IMO.. I am on target at 100 yards all day long with the smaller one..

if that doesn't do it for you.. your best bet is to get the rail kit for the top.. fold down the sights.. and use some sort of red dot..
