Legal to use as muzzleloader?

Recommended Posts

but why not? its perfectly legal as a rifle it meets the OAL and barrel legnth requirements and its front loaded black power fired via percussion caps.

Not saying this would be a good gun for hunting even medium game...but curious about if there's any laws on the book that could somehow prohibit it.
