How's the taste on wild ducks?

My friend mentioned that wild ducks taste gamey. Is this true?

After you bag 6 ducks, are there butchers in north, central, south NJ?

its very easy to skin/gut a duck simple actually just youtube some vids.

All duck I have eaten, that has been taken around here, is a bit gamey. I don't mind it but some do.

IMO...Duck is to Chicken, as Lamb is to Beef. It's got a twang, but it's a good twang. You can also add sauces to adjust to your liking. Even the best duck is usually served with an Orange sauce of some kind or another. I like to rotis a duck on my grill over a pan of beer/butter/spices. Comes out yummy.
