New Grips and Trigger w/pics

My Colt 1911 Combat Elite .45 ACP got some much needed loving...it got a trigger job , bushings and screws so I could put the VZ G10 Slim grips on it , trim the ejector feed so it stops pinging me in the forehead , and he buffed out as much as the idiot mark as he could ( I did not put it there) . I had it done at Classic Pistol in PA . They did a really nice job I shot it last week. The grips are awesome ( they really do grip you back) and what a world of difference the new trigger made! It was shortened too , and in conjunction with the slim grips I can properly grip the gun and reach the trigger. I find it very accurate ..put 150 rounds through it , no issues .

Looks great - VZ grips are awesome! I have them on my Springfield Trophy Match. The VZ grips combined with front/rear checkering give a fantastic grip.

Thanks I really like them .. what a difference they make. I was apprehensive choosing the aggressive texture but I'm glad I did. 150 rounds and they felt great beginning to end.
