Google Now Formally Anti-gun

Recommended Posts

I just searched for like 10 different companies, or types of firearms and all I got was Remington.

I'm keeping my gmail, since its associated with so much thats important, and I don't feel like changing everything over, but I'm changing search engines.

I wonder how the gun community on Youtube will react considering YT is a Google company. Hmm.

What bothers me about this is that someone's decision to purchase or sell via e-commerce is now retricted, or eliminated. Although it is only one channel of purchase, it just doesn't feel good. Another example of how free enterprise is eroding in this country.

This isn't the erosion of free enterprise at all.....in fact, it's free enterprise at work.

Google is a private company. If they don't want to sell or facilitate the selling of gun products, they can do that.

Do I agree with this? No, I think it's dumb (duh, I own guns) but yeah...they're not out of line at all to do this.
