Nice!!! ... if you dont mind me asking.... how much did it cost for all the applications combined?

I've been reading and it seems like FL and UT are the main ones to get but with DE and PA, one can cover 39 States, as of today.

I understand CT, but why NH, CT and VA?

The 4th row down has the initial and renewal cost for each state I have or would eventually like to get.

It comes out to be about $100/year average.... The last column has the average cost per state.

Them main reason I am getting them is because I enjoy it... Some people collect stamps... Others collect 1911 or glocks..

That said I do like to carry on the states permit whenever possible.

1)You are exempt from the 1000' Gun Free School Zone when on an in state CCW Permit.

2) Reciprocity Is in a constant state of flux so it is good to have a backup.

3) Not all cops are familiar with what states have reciprocity or they may want to verify a permit. An in state permit may be less cause for concern and less hassle for me.

4) PA carry laws change during a declared state of emergency unless you have a PA CCW (LTCF as they call it). Do other states have the same type laws?? I have not idea but I do know declaring a state of emergence happens more the you would think do to floods and hurricanes, ect. Again, the local CCW permit is preferable.

I travel often so all the permits average out to around $100 year so it is worth it to me...

Interesting, how do the carry laws in PA change?

During a declared state of emergency, you must have a permit to carry in order to carry doesn't matter OC or CC. Normally, no permit is required to carry OC except in Philadelphia.

18 Pa.C.S. § 6107: Prohibited conduct during emergency

(a) General rule.--No person shall carry a firearm upon the public streets or upon any public property during an emergency proclaimed by a State or municipal governmental executive unless that person is: (1) Actively engaged in a defense of that person's life or property from peril or threat. (2) Licensed to carry firearms under section 6109 (relating to licenses) or is exempt from licensing under section 6106(b) (relating to firearms not to be carried without a license). (b) Seizure, taking and confiscation.--Except as otherwise provided under subsection (a) and notwithstanding the provisions of 35 Pa.C.S. Ch. 73 (relating to Commonwealth services) or any other provision of law to the contrary, no firearm, accessory or ammunition may be seized, taken or confiscated during an emergency unless the seizure, taking or confiscation would be authorized absent the emergency. © Definitions.--As used in this section, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings given to them in this subsection: "Accessory." Any scope, sight, bipod, sling, light, magazine, clip or other related item that is attached to or necessary for the operation of a firearm. "Firearm." The term includes any weapon that is designed to or may readily be converted to expel any projectile by the action of an explosive or the frame or receiver of any weapon.
