marlin lever action business

Well I thought 1894 marlin css would be nice, then i find that will never happen, new or used. Does anyone have the info on what is going on at Marlin? Will they ever regroup and produce what everone wants? Thanks in advance for the inevitable story of how so and so happened in a shop and found a css for 100 bucks.

If I would take a guess, I think Remington is still wrapping their arms around the quality control issues.

I gave up awhile back and settled on Rossi R92's, one a SS 24" octagon barrel, the other a 16" blued round barrel. I'm happy with both although it took a little bit of work (and learning) to get them the way I wanted.
