Need an exterminator...

Ok, not gun related but you guys are usually pretty helpful! I'm looking for a good, reasonably priced exterminator in the Freehold/Howell area. I'm in the middle of a nightmare of a home purchase and the seller was supposed to get the home treated & inspected for termites but didn't, and I may just have it done myself in an effort to close on the house ASAP. Any suggestions?

I used to use A-Academy out of Howell.

 

Most home inspectors do wood destroying insect inspections WITH their home inspection process.

I use OZANE out of toms river. I think i paid 165.00 for the year (excluding termite control) and they come as many times as i call them

Termite inspection should be like $75-100.

 

 

Save yourself some money and do the treatment yourself.

Get a gallon sprayer from Home Depot or Lowes

 

2 scoops and a gallon of water. Spray the perimeter of your house, 2 feet up and 2 feet out.

 

You'll have plenty left to reapply later, or do your neighbors.
