spanky 1 Posted December 15, 2012 Thinking of taking the UT course at Cabella's next month. Would that be all I need, or would I need to take a live fire course?
O-gre 7 Posted December 15, 2012 So I get a CC permit from FL. How do I legally take my handgun TO PA to holster it?
Soju 153 Posted December 15, 2012 You drive, walk, jog, skip, bike, or cartwheel there. I'm sure there are other ways, but I was just naming a few.

johnp 45 Posted December 15, 2012 thanks but I don't think any of the above is legal. Why isn't any of that legal?
Soju 153 Posted December 15, 2012 (edited) thanks but I don't think any of the above is legal. I'll be honest, I didn't look up whether cartwheeling or skipping was illegal or not, but judging by the sheer number of people I see driving, walking, jogging, and riding bikes, I'm fairly certain those activities haven't yet been banned. I'll check on the cartwheeling though. Just checked, didn't see anything about cartwheeling in the code. Edited December 15, 2012 by Bonesinium
O-gre 7 Posted December 15, 2012 Cause as best I can tell none are to a range or FFL.
johnp 45 Posted December 15, 2012 Cause as best I can tell none are to a range or FFL. To a range or FFL is the rule for transporting inside of NJ. If you are legal at your starting location and at your destination, you are fine. There have been numerous threads on here about people flying across the country for vacation and they brought their handguns with them.
