Need adviced on Buffer

Putting together a rifle right now...

 

So far i picked up a WOA 18" SS upper rifle length from a forum member..

Putting together my spikes lower right now, and the only thing im not sure about is what buffer/stock to go with. Im leaning real heavy right now on the A5 system from Vltor, but i have to admit i'm still trying to figure out the ins and outs of buffer weights and respect to how they function with different gas systems. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Should i be looking for a heavy light or standard buffer? I also like the magpul prs stock. Open to suggestions and debate.

If you are building a heavy tack driver, the PRS adjustable stock is really nice, and there's no buffer weight dilemma unless you are going for a low mass operating system.

Thanks for the help guys. I have to some how take the kick to the pants and get the prs. And find an a2 buffer/tube/spring

 

 

She's gonna be heavy. Bought a Nikon monarch for it. Bull SS barrel. Bipod. And the prs now.not worried about saving any weight. I have a lightweight AR already.

Magpul also has a MOE fixed rifle stock for use with the rifle buffer tube for nearly 1/4 the price of the PRS. Of course the PRS has more to offer, but its up to you if you want to pay to play!
