Threaded barrel question

I saw a bolt action remington 700 I'd like to buy on Gunbroker. However it has a threaded barrel with no muzzle device or thread protector. I'm thinking its not NJ legal but would love to hear from someone who knows better than I do.

A follow on question, what devices are legal on it? Just not a suppressor correct?

The evil feature list only applys to semi-auto firearms, on a bolt/lever/pump gun pretty much anything goes, pistol grip, flash hider, hell put a bayonette on it too, lol
