Rifle Blueprinting

Recommended Posts

Locally Bob White is a helluva riflesmith. He is located at Shooters Corner in Lake Hopatchong.

GA Precision is very good; their wait times can be long. Dont know what they quoted you on lead times but when I checked last year it was 10 months to make me a barreled action.

I am waiting for their reply.

I would like to have someone in NJ do it if they are good.

I'm in the same boat right now. I'm leaning towards www.ShortActionCustoms.com for my Rem 700 but I don't know what their wait times are. A local smith/machinist would be great though!

I saw they do a SPS package for $700.

Why do you want your rifle blueprinted? Is it sub MOA at 100yds? From what I've researched it's only worth it if your groups are horrible or your going to rebarrel because yours is worn out. I have an AAC-SD I want blueprinted, rechambered and chopped down to 16" but it's hard to justify it when I'm .5" MOA at 100yds and still sub MOA at 300yds.
