Lalo 13 Posted January 24, 2013 I'm talking about the original rubber Magpul magpuls: http://store.magpul.com/product/MAG001/101 Rit dying sounds simple enough, have read upon it and seen some vids. I have a bunch of FDE magpuls that I want to dye black. Sure I can trade them or just buy new ones since they're cheap but I wanted a little mini project, especially since I don't think many people have dyed the rubber magpuls. Everything I've seen dyed is the hard plastic material. So what do you think, will the rubber take the dye? Think it will die black-black from FDE? Going to pick up some dye hopefully tomorrow and document the process for our records.

xero42084 0 Posted January 24, 2013 I used to dye some Delrin parts on my paintball markers when I was playing on a team to match the color scheme of my markers. It actually worked well, but the delrin parts were normally a bright white color. I dont know how well it would work on polymer that already has a color in it, but seems like a cool idea. Please post the results.
