They should repeal Cuomo. A traitor to the United States. He should be charged with treason.

He is not going to sign a bill which repeals his bill. It would have to be a legislative override after his veto and the override probably requires a 3/4 vote of both houses, which is not likely. A lawsuit in federal court probably has better odds. However, for other reasons, it is a good idea to support the petition.

The Quinnipiac University poll released Wed., Jan. 30, 2013, showed Andrew Cuomo’s approval rating was down to 59% after reaching 74% in December.
