Shipping Ammo question

Hello everyone,

 

I have a friend down in Florida who needs 556 ammo to take a certification class. He can't find anything online or in stores down there for less than a buck a round. I have 500 rounds I can give him but I am unsure of the legality of it. I know UPS will ship it if is properly marked. I'm just not sure if I (a non FFL) can ship it.

 

Any advice would be welcome.

 

I plan to stop by UPS tomorrow but would kinda like to know before I go in.

Box is the original factory box with all proper markings...

 

So you think I'm good to go?

You can print out ORM-D pictures on line if the box is not already marked with it.

Tape it to the box and ship it ground. You have to ship it from the HUB the local stores will not take it.
