WILMINGTON, Del. (CBS) – New Castle County Police have arrested a Wilmington, Delaware man they say fired several gunshots from the rear of his home toward I-95.

The incident happened late Thursday night at the home of Brian Szymanski in the 1300 block of Tulane Road in the community of Green Acres, approximately 100 yards away from I-95.

Police say they responded to reports from residents who heard gunshots and saw the 46-year-old Szymanski coming out of the back of his home with a shotgun.

Well here is one for you all...

I read an article in the NY Post today about an off duty FBI agent that was awakened in the middle of the night to his car alarm going off. He opened the window and started firing, hitting one robber in the back. No charges filed against the robbers or the agent. More proof that the laws don't apply to everyone equally.
