PA resident mailing ammo to NJ resident?

I know someone who lives out in PA. Can he mail me ammo? Anything important to

be aware of?

Yes. I think he has to put an ORD sticker on.

If it's a handgun caliber seller must check for matching DL and FPIC. You c\not ship from a UPS retail store. I had to go to some regional center. Why? I have no idea, but was told they cannot accept it at the store. :unknw:
