Pizza Bob 1,488 Posted March 15, 2013 Long gun requires the buyer to have a FPID and you need to fill out two COE's - one for the buyer and one for the seller. Handguns require a P2P with the copies properly disbursed after the sale. Remember, in NJ, blackpowder firearms are treated just like modern firearms. In the free world, not so much.
