Making mags legal

My brother in law served in Iraq/Afghanistan and had quite a few "souvenirs" from his tour. He originally is from Fairlawn but was living in Florida when he recently passed away so the stuff is legal there.

 

My father in law has been going through his items and besides helmets, packs, vests, holsters and such, there are some 30 round AR mags. Is there someone He can send them to so they can be pinned and be NJ legal? Would rather deal with someone known on here than some smith in Orlando.
