Can I hide in a box?

I've used U-Ship a few times for cross country moving. It's free to join and request bids. My mother just moved from SJ to south Florida and received a bid for $775 for decent amount of stuff.

I moved a large amount of stuff including motorcycles and shifter karts, tools, king bed, and a bunch of other stuff from SJ to Vegas for $1700.

If I remember correctly you aren't far from me. Instead of throwing away boxes I can put em aside. The moving company I used did a great job. Even moved my safe at no extra cost. I'll hunt don't the business card.

What's also nice is you can use a credit card for the deposit. It's always nice having an additional security net.

Just try and be as accurate as possible with how much stuff you are moving. Sometimes they will add ok additional costs on pickup if you are above what you stated. I also worked out a deal with the shipper where I loaded all of my stuff and unloaded. Saved quite a few bucks that way.

Upack is something to look at as well. I have a thread exactly like this too. Walgreens and liquor stores. Home Depot has nice boxes that are reasonable if you need a couple large ones.
