Newtonian 453 Posted April 15, 2013 This case was supposed to have implications for repressive laws in NJ, California, and elsewhere. It takes 4 justices to accept a case. Either they saw no appropriate constitutional issue here, or they're tired of this crap, or only Scalia and Thomas were interested. Either way it's bad news.
