Tax Stamp for a 14.5" barrel purchase?

Nope. 

 

It is just a barrel.  You can't have it on a working gun without a break.... but.... you can have it with no stamp, just put the comp on it before you shoot the gun.

 

 

a break that is permanently attached per ATF rules...

Thread drift but what exactly is the dilly with SBR in NJ? Never allowed? Allowed with approval? And if so what is the approval process?

 

can not have...

 

procedure... move to PA.... 

in America where SBR are allowed it is more of a fee than approval... you just have local sheriff sign off on it... pay the $200 and then wait a really long time.. last I checked it looks like it is going to take about a year total for my stamp to get here...
