Are you sure? To my knowledge the 416 is full auto. Maybe you saw a MR556, which is the civilian version of the 416?

It's the civilian one... Believe it's the 516... I

516 is the sig ar. They have that and the 7.62 sig 716. Nice little pile of ARs they have.
