1/4-20 stud for bipod

I am looking for a 1/4-20 swivel stud to mound a bi-pod to an existing hole on the front of the rifle.

I have exhausted the usual suspects, and would rather not make one, unless I had to.

 

It should look like this

I think those are 10-32 (I sent a message to confirm)

 

10-32 seems to be the common size. i just bought a ATI kit, and that was the size for that kit.

 

It is starting to look like 1/4-20 is a bit of an oddball.

Start with a coupler like this: http://www.boltdepot.com/Product-Details.aspx?product=12123

Drill one end out and tap it 1/4-20

Use a short piece of a 1/4-20 bolt and voila

Those are a really good find.

If a ll else fails, the fully threaded ones would be a good place to start
