Both where friends of mine and will be missed dearly.  I just want to use this as a reminder to everyone to reach out to distant friends and family and even bury the hatchet if need be.  Life is short and ends without reason or warning. 

When things like this happen you cant make any changes to the past.  Make every day count

Thanks guys. 

Just to let everyone know, I am 100% alright.  I am no stranger to death but as I age more and more people are dieing off.  Its just the unexpected ones that hit home and 2 in a month rattles me a bit.  It gives me the reminder not to let anything pass to deal with later when it comes to friends.  Deal with it now and live every day like it could be gone tomorrow.
