tmpnj 0 Posted October 20, 2014 A few different flavors of 22lr there now. Get it while its there!
mark_anthony_78 0 Posted October 20, 2014 Usually 1 box per customer, which means the shipping kills the deal unless you were already ordering something else.
mge_1 2 Posted October 20, 2014 These folks still owe me a box or two from like 9 months ago...
Kingsoverqueens 10 Posted October 20, 2014 60 bucks for a 500 round brick? No thanks.
PD2K 115 Posted October 20, 2014 Usually 1 box per customer, which means the shipping kills the deal unless you were already ordering something else. Exactly. Plus since there is no Cabelas in NJ, we can't do in-store pick-up.
njJoniGuy 2,133 Posted October 20, 2014 Easy enough from south Jersey ... over the Delaware Memorial Bridge and you're at Cabelas Christiana in 10 minutes! $4 toll and no sales tax Almost like heaven
PK90 3,573 Posted October 21, 2014 Plus $17 gasoline and 3 hours time. A few clicks of the mouse and your done.
njJoniGuy 2,133 Posted October 21, 2014 At $2.78 per gallon, it's only $9 in gas, but yeah, you have a point there. And 3 hours browsing in Cabela's is like being a kid in a candy shop.
PK90 3,573 Posted October 21, 2014 Some of us have US gas guzzling 6.2L trucks and not Asian go carts.

PD2K 115 Posted October 21, 2014 Easy enough from south Jersey ... over the Delaware Memorial Bridge and you're at Cabelas Christiana in 10 minutes! $4 toll and no sales tax Almost like heaven The vast majority of us in NJ have neither a Cabelas or Walmart to buy ammo. Posting pick-up/in-store deals from either is kind of a tease.
PK90 3,573 Posted October 21, 2014 I wouldn't say "VAST majority". I would guess about 70% of the NJGF members are from the Central/North portions of The Great State of New Jersey. Also, if one does not post where they are from in their profile, how is one to know if a posting applies to them.
njJoniGuy 2,133 Posted October 21, 2014 What is this "The Great State of New Jersey" to which you refer? The State where most of us live is much more accurately referred to as THE GLORIOUS PEOPLE'S REPUBLIK OF NEW JERSEYSTAN From William Franklin to Woodrow Wilson to Jim Florio to Chris Christie this has NEVER EVER EVER been a Great State. (Sorry for the hijack, but the Hot Deals portion of this thread is as dead as our 2nd Amendment rights) PK90 is right - order your stuff online from him. He doesn't even require a copy of your FPID card! He knows the law - YOU have to have one to receive the HANDGUN ammo, but he doesn't have to see it to ship it from Arizona.
