Krdshrk 3,878 Posted February 29, 2016 East Penn, aka DEKA is top grade. They engineer & manufacture a lot right in Reading PA. Many of their products are relabeled, as you found out. Was surprised at the price ($120 @ Sam's Club) vs other brands at $180+ elsewhere (Advanced Auto Autocraft, Autozone Duralast).
