Hp-38 and w231

Had a friend acquire some for me today. Haven't seen these powders in such a long time. Are these powders starting to hit the shelves again?

They are the same powder.  Availability is hit or miss, just like all the shotgun/pistol powders.  Finishing up the last I have and moving on to others I think are better, namely Clays, Titegroup, and WFT for the 45. Using CFE pistol in 9, and H110/W296 in the 357.

 

Winchester has a new powder coming out, W572, that is very close to the discontinued SR4756

T&T reloading had HP-38 a couple of weeks ago. And while not on this list, Midsouth had lots of bullseye and red dot as of a week ago--and I'd not seen red dot anywhere for a couple of years

With out a doubt, BE and Red Dot, two of the filthiest powders I have ever used. Not for me.

 

Tony at T&T is a good guy, but hard at times to get stuff.

Identical powder...HP-38 is at every Oaks show...and it looks like W231 is back as well!!!
