And i would be on your side. I see a big difference between the two. I'm just arguing that the typical NJ prosecutor and juror probably has no idea how to distinguish between the two. If they showed a picture of the muzzle device flash, against a picture of it pried off(cringe), and asked the jurors if it suppressed the flash and met the standard for "substantially Identical" regs. you might have a fight on ur hands. Its an unlikely scenario, im just thinking of a way NJ would screw you.
