dajonga 397 Posted February 12, 2017 Can you? Yes. Are you allowed to? No Do I see 9mm, 45ACP etc brass on the ground at Stafford Forge? Yes. I also see 556, 308 and 762x54r. If you are caught by Fish and Game, I think they can take away your hunting license.

I also see a lot of people doing stupid crap there but I don't say anything to anyone. Only reason I know they are leo is because someone will always ask this signature exceeds the 15 character capacity count
GramGun79 226 Posted February 12, 2017 Ok. I just found the range rules. no pistol. I'll stick to Easton for outdoor pistol. Would have been nice though being it 10 min away. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

They'll probably issue a summons, but that would count against your hunting, and fishing privileges. 2 summons within 5 years and they suspend your fishing and hunting privileges for a couple years. Been there done that... not fun.
kirk2022 43 Posted February 12, 2017 The possibility probably exists of other charges also. No exemption for having A handgun on WMA property. Transport issues with having A handgun at the WMA. Always remember you can get jammed up quick with NJ laws.
Smokin .50 1,907 Posted February 13, 2017 Black River WMA has a handgun range for the CO's to practice. Not open to the public. Colliers Mills has a CO Range too. They use it for Hunter Ed a few times a year to teach live-fire of scatterguns and muzzleloaders.

Scatter guns they do on the clay range next to the handgun pit.
