Anyone else lose Optimum/Cablevision?

Im in Randolph, Optimum cable tv and Internet out since Friday night, when I call all I get is a recording that there is an outage in the area.  Wtf?  Anyone else with Optimum down?

Make sure you get a pro-rated bill for this month. You should not pay for days when you are not served.

we have crapcast. rather weirdly, my electric was out when i got home last night. once i got the genny fired up, turned on the tv.....and cable was good.

I am in Randolph as well.  We lost our power at noon on Friday and did not get it back till 4 pm on Monday.  Cable vision Internet was back on when our power came on and others in the area that had power had it back on Sunday.
