Reloading sales?

Recommended Posts

Selling ammunition without possessing a Type 7 FFL is a violation of federal law. In addition you would be on the hook for any incidents and no one is going to insure you without the applicable federal licenses. NJ may also have some restrictions as they do investigate FFL applications but I'm not aware of them.

So in short, no.

Not really a wise thing to do. I do reload a few large calibers for friends only.

My Buddy brought me a bos of 250 grain lead .45 LC. The price sticker was still on the box, $27.95. I reloaded the 50 pieces of brass for him with the same grain bullet and handed him a bill for $6.00 That's all it cost me to reload them.
