2 pointsyou have to hand it to the dems, they've already won. pass unconstitutional law after unconstitutional law and it doesn't matter whatsoever because in the 7-8 YEARS it takes for it to make its way through the court systems, the law is in full effect. it may eventually get tossed, or it may not, but either way, the damage is done
