  1. I have this safe. Well built. 60"H, 21"D, 28"W outside dimensions. 19.44 cu. ft. You want to install it near an electrical outlet. There is a 9V battery as backup for the electronic combination lock. The only downside is there isn't a manual lock over-ride, but if you check the battery and keep it fresh you should be fine. I check it using a battery tester every month. I have the electrical running on a small external UPS just to be sure I don't get locked out. Delivery is curb-side. Plan for 4 people with heavy duty grippy gloves ... no place to leverage when carrying it. Comes on a strong pallet, cut up the cardboard and haul in.
  2. Address, hours? Is this a walk-in or club membership required? I am going to try and make it.
  3. kenw, good idea on registering the site name. Educational games for safe use of guns by kids at an early age will bring them into the 2A camp. Also, education of adults in teaching kids to use guns with the utmost safety is the side benefit ...
  4. Another of your cock-a-mamy ideas to loosen up our wallets!
  5. Maks, substitute with your fav gun (a 1911?) and enjoy!
  6. Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. This state is depriving me of happiness and should be abolished from the union! Of course, we all will have to move to America, which is fine by me.:thsmiley_deadhorse:
  7. +1 Talking about govt, recently, I came across an IT project at the US census bureau that they are working on(?) for over 4 years. In the commercial world such a project would take 6 months to 1 year, tops! I didn't take the project of course, I want to avoid becoming senile at an early age! Shish! Back to topic.
  8. I don't think we know that. AFAIK, there has been no major court case on "re-clarifying the clarification" and re-interpretation of firearms laws. A class action is the only way to see what happens in NJ courts. A place to start would be to identify 2A supporting gun-owning judges and file motion there, make a big stink in the news media ... go from there.
  9. +1, I will contribute. FWIW: I am stuck in this crappy state for some time, till then I want my guns! :thsmiley_deadhorse:
  10. That's the fundamental problem w/ politicians, it's all about "political capital" and CYA, whatever happened to the right of the people who elected him? No balls.
  11. An FFL and a private range - that's the ticket to firearms nirvana!
  12. Now if we could just have an AK in FA in this sh*** state, we wouldn't have to bother entertaining ourselves with do-dads... but what the hey, it's fun!
  13. Very nice setup! I am getting those Hogue grips. Never tried that fore grip, is slant angle for comfort / more natural? Are the surefire mags specific for Saiga or did you have to do anything to the mag/well?
  14. Republican propaganda. Much talk, no real emphasis in seeing it through. Same old. Grrrrrr
  15. Could you explain? How is taking a handgun home (i.e., possession, and use of a PP) related to time frame for purchasing a handgun? I think OGAM applies to how many handguns one may take home per 30 day period, am I missing something? What if several handguns are purchased in less than 30 days (or whatever) and sitting at a FFL?
  16. Speaking from experience? How's your leg? @ glennp, you made my day with this thread ... as it's developing. I will give you a $ when I meet you!

    Shameless plug here.
  18. Hey Tony, glad to see you are making the discovery ... enjoy!
  19. That's a lotta handguns you went through! btw. I also bought a SIG 2022 on GB, not yet in possession (PP wait), so no opinions yet ...
  20. Even with 3 cases, the discount per case is $5 - that's it ... or am I missing something?
