If you are concerned, it is incumbent on YOU to take precautions. You learn how to properly wear a mask and do so. It is not everyone else's problem. That's what being an adult is all about.

Check with the range you are planning on using. Some ranges have restrictions on non brass cases. One RO told me that they get significantly less for the brass if there are any non brass cases in the mix. Other than that, shoot what you can get.

All NJ HG permits are good for 90 days, you may (Chief LEO's discretion) get them extended another 90 days. About a week before expiration, if you still have a permit call the PD. They will tell you what to do. All it really takes is the PD to cross out old date, put in new date and initial change. Just a thought. Maybe take a chain/cable and lace it thru a couple of feet of the fencing then try pulling it. That should keep the fence from coming apart.
